Idaho Background
I grew up in Challis and Stanley, Idaho, working on my parent's cattle ranch. I worked for the Boise and Nampa school districts for 33 years. I have been an independent insurance broker for twelve years.
I am an Idaho certified teacher, with endorsments in Math and English. I taught math and computer science for years, and conducted workshops on insuranc plan management.
Family and Community
My wife is a retired teacher and my two sons live and work in the Nampa area. I have strong family and personal ties to the state and a personal history of community engagement in groups like the Employees Health Coalition of Idaho.
